Workshops using GarageGrowth AI
- To remove one connected account (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or YouTube): sign in, open Integrations and click Disconnect. We revoke our access with the platform and delete the stored tokens immediately.
- To delete everything: the workshop owner opens Settings → Delete this workshop. All workshop data — media, content, leads, messages, reports and connections — is permanently erased 7 days later.
- To delete your own user account: Settings → Delete my account.
Removing access from Facebook or Google directly
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → remove GarageGrowth AI.
- Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → GarageGrowth AI → Remove access.
Removing access there stops all further data collection; the connection shows as revoked in GarageGrowth AI, and you can then delete the remaining data as above.
Customers of a workshop
If a workshop recorded your enquiry (for example a WhatsApp or Instagram message), ask that workshop to delete it, or email our grievance officer at [grievance officer email] with the workshop's name and your phone number or Instagram username. We act on verified requests within 30 days.
